Stop whining and try to enjoy the game for what it is at it's core

It is a great shooter. You've got all of the FPS mechanics you'd find in Quake like hit scan shots, leading bullets, prediction shooting... no RNG crap. Every single bullet goes exactly where you aim it, pure skill. The woke stuff is awful, skins are overpriced, but you really can play the game not caring about either

it's just not popular among fps players, thus being shoved into steam

Yeah i know, but i try to see the good stuff in it, what matters to me is the core gameplay. I can get in a game and be out in 10-15 minutes and have a good time. I can also play it for hours on a weekend if i want. It's approachable, there is a low floor and a high skill ceiling... it's a shame what activision and blizzard did to themselves, because this is genuinely a fantastic game at it's core

yeah, but it's still not popular among fps players, primarily due to the way blizzard didn't let esports scene to appear and then failed their OW league.

i sorry but i not gona sit down and accept that they LIED to us and littarly scraped all the conections of what overwatch 2 whas supose to be but nope they dit not they just ruin there game and you want me to forgive them ? for lieing and all that ? NO i wont and they dont deserve to be here

It's a great game! But I lost interest when they renamed it into its own 'sequel' and started shoving constant in-game reminders to buy things into every moment they could. It killed the vibe of the game for me. If I remember right, they even removed the random loot bonus you'd get for a level up. Buy a battlepass and you _could_ have gotten something!

Unlike quake, overwatch movement is sluggish as hell.

It isn't about being straight and white, nor any color or sexual orienation. I just don't care about sexuality in my games. Leave my games alone and don't force upon me the sexual orientation of a hero i'm playing. It's as simple as that. I just want to play the game, and i enjoy playing as Tracer, d.Va, Reinhardt or Sojourn equally. Games are a safe space and should never be used as a "message" tool for political agendas

This is where your mindset is wrong.
It's not "your game". It's not "your character".
The game is an art piece that belongs to those who created it and you are simply paying to enjoy said piece. The character is an ip of those who created it and doesn't belong to you.

It's absolutely fine that there is representation for minorities in games, and a character falling under any of those minority labels doesn't change gameplay for you in the slightest.
You're just mad that the character no longer represents you, well gaming has been straight white dudes for many many years. Go play one of those games.
