well lets see. i bought it for 20$, i bought maybe 100$ worth of lootboxes, several of the old all star skins, i couldnt really give a number but, like 70-80$ probably? the 70$ 15 year anniversary pack that included the starcraft rein skin. and ever since ow2 i've been farming gold on wow to buy things in ow2, so none since then.
Edit: oh, and the blizzcon-line pass in 2019. so like 50$ more

50$ blizzcon-line ticket

total - 310$ give or take

I bought OW1. That's it. I never went to accept Blizzard's new terms and conditions so I think they nuked my account.

I bought OW1 for $25, and it gaves me everything that included on OW2 expansion, and you got new hero for free in that time. And also you can play all PvE story for free.
No expansion, no paid content, its all included in OW1
