Audio issues

So for some reason, when playing comp or any game mode and people are talking I can't hear them. It shows that they talking but I don't hear a word, not sure it's my end but is anyone else dealing with this issue? If it's a common issue for everyone else then I do hope y'all could get the chance to fix it.

go to sound settings in game and make sure voice chat devices is set to default instead of comms

So I had to delete the game on steam, go to the blizzard app, download it, still didn’t work until I had the blizzard app reset the game itself and now it works. Confuson I have but hey it works now so me happy
