anybody get it yet? i've gotten all of them so far except hidden one

i thought it was gonna be hard, with retroactive achievements it was a little esoteric, thank god its not something like 30 dodge

theres also the (small spoiler)secret character related achievements but you can get those by just completing enough runs and (slightly bigger hint spoiler) remembering to collect the keys for the last secret encounter in the floor 20 boss room, you unlock the hidden character by collecting the right key which is random for every save

its a rare item drop i've seen it about once every 7 runs so its pretty rare,
except once i found it every time i rolled a rare in a single run[where i didn't want a single one wow rng kek]
