Any tips for unlocking Anne fast?

She's the only one I have left to unlock, and I don't think I've seen an item yet that will let me achieve the unlock (bad rng?). Is there someone to play as that it's easier to unlock her with?

short answer is a combination:
-there is a perk for: first item picked up is used twice
-there is a perk for: only 1 item is picked up gets used twice
-there is the harpoon item uses items twice
get 2/3 of those and you will use an item 3 times

Looks like I've just had bad RNG.
I'll try starting with Harely so I get the harpoon automatically and keep an eye out for the other two
