Is there a bugfixed 'Improved Bots' version?

Given that Nexus version of VMF doesn't work (or any other externally found version), alongside the steam version of Improved Bots being abandoned and bugged to ignore healing settings, is there somewhere a version that works?

I know of QOL modpack, and used it before but thrown it away. The fact that it forces upon me to remove all other mods for it to work is way less tolerable. With the only thing that is of any quality there is that Improved Bots mod, that hopefully isn't the last place it is found in its working version.

I don't know why, as far as I can tell, I do everything as required. Open vmm, instal vmf, put mods in mod folder, mark mods with a checkmark - and then after 'launuch' nothing happens, normal startup, no mod settings, and no alteration of gameplay. I just assumed that it was out of date.

But now at least I know there is a way for it to work, so at least I can attempt to work the nexus version again, so thanks.

And it just worked now, I don't know what was the issue, but it repaired itself
