Judging by how you worded the question, I believe you are in the wrong forum. In any case, the Collector's Edition for Vermintide 2 comes with a couple of cosmetics (uniforms, a statue in the keep, a unique portrait frame), a couple of deeds iirc and stuff like the game soundtrack and other separate goodies. In game content like map-packs, expansions, premium careers or premium cosmetics are sold separately, though sometimes there are bundles/sales.
I see thanks for the quick reply guys, so the collector edition of this game just basically offers skins & other stuff that isn't very "vital" nor new character neither maps.
Just to clarify i'm talking about Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide [/i] [/b]
i'm NOT talking about Warhammer: Vermintide 2
Sure, no worries. It's just that you mentioned dlc classes, which isn't the case in the first game as it has no separate careers for each hero. The collector's edition for Verm1 will mostly give you access to goodies such as the soundtrack, artbook and similar stuff.
Also thank you about the info regarding the console!
I'd never recommend using the console to get items, but the game can be a bit janky. Like when i was using a combined amount of items of like a hundred hours of playtime to gamble for a new trait combination on a weapon. When i finally got the one i wanted and i pressed the yes button the game crashed and it didn't give me that trait combo. That was the moment i installed a mod, even more so when the item was changed a week later and i never used it again so i got myself my stuff back cause ain't no one got time for that bs.
Also the game has cosmetic items in the game, fully functional, which have never been released to the public, some of which are the best looking hats they have. I mean screw that, yes i'm gonna cheat them in, not like they'll ever release them.
Dlcs worth getting are stromdorf, drachenfels, karak azgaraz, reik, schluesselschloss.
They go on sale for 2-3 bucks each.
Drachenfels and karak azgaraz add 3 maps and 2 weapons each, reik and stromdorf add 2 maps and 1 weapon each.
The dlc weapons' usefulness is all over the place. You have to get them to drop in the first place, (will take a few replays of the dlc maps, but it isnt a horrible grind, dont worry). They range from "the most useful weapon for that character" to "literally just a paperweight".
Reik is free if you own vermintide 2.
Schlusselschloss only adds 1 horde mode map and nothing else.
The Collector's edition has some trinkets that do absolutely nothing except for taking up a slot, no reason to ever put them on in the game, and hats which i guess can look cool, but i dont think its worth the extra cash.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Death on the Reik was free only for the players who preordered Vermintide 2.
