Can anyone earn DLC Hidden Achievements?

I posted this in the Bug Report section but I never got a reply from anyone. I've run Khazid Kro over a dozen times now on Hard mode and a couple times on Nightmare where I guarantee I satisfied the conditions for the achievements Gathering Steam (complete the Brewery event in less than 4 minutes) and Perfect Timing (toss a timed explosive barrel into a pit with less than 2 seconds remaining, I know I've managed to do this to all 3 barrels in one run), but those didn't show up.

They're hidden achievements and according to a few achievement sites people have gotten them but for some reason Steam Achievement Manager doesn't display them when I open it up. Either SAM doesn't display hidden achievements (seems unlikely to me) or these achievements have a serious bug to where they aren't even being displayed.

These achievements don't exist for PC, only for the consoles.

Okay that would explain it - I have 4 achievements listed as hidden to get and I have 4 I can see, and after doing some more cross-referencing apparently I only have need of the Last Stand achievements (of which I have 2 revealed, 1 hidden) and there are 5 related to Trial of the Foolhardy.

Now if only I could get my asinine friends to get online so I could get the TotF ones.
