7 Grimoire?

From me to the developers:

Why is it possible to get 7 grimoire with addons in this game?
- Patch this game if you really care

The loot system is weird and only cheaters with a mod are the winners since they are guaranteed to get red items EVERY GAME, if they press 3 buttons to win. This wouldn't be as big as a problem if you only could get 2-3 grimoires by cheating, cheaters wouldn't be able to roll the best gear, but as it is right now you can get 7 grimoires and always the best items. What allows people to get 7 grimoires when maps don't support 7 grimoires?

I lost the urge to play the game after finding out what mods could to the game, the joy was gone when I understood that it isn't worth farming/crafting hundreds of hours to get one or two red items when you can get items for free.

So it is ragequit to point out a major flaw with the game? The joy I had with this game was to play on hard difficulty to find gear, why should the joy still be there when there is an option to get the best items without even trying? This addon bug/feauture is millions of times worse than bots in most other games. With 4.000 hours you must know what ''auto win'' does and that it ruins the whole point of the game.

The game isnt about farming and shouldnt be, even so its nice to do. But when you focus on farming red items, you will get easily frustrated due to the high rng factor. Also, nightmare is the equivalent of normal difficulty in other games. You havent even done all maps on hard and i am 100% sure, you wont be able to do all of them on cata without being carried. The fact, that you even think weapon raritys have a significant impact on the game, shows how little you know.

Also, its not an addon, bug or feature. Its a cheat mod being used.

There are many games in which you can cheat yourself everything.
In this game, if you mod yourself items you miss the enjoyment of earning them yourself--- IF that's what you like about the game. I would argue that this game is more about enjoying the immersive environments and visceral combat than earning shiny new loot, but that's just me. AND don't get me wrong, I love a new hat now and then :)

Take home message: what other players do in their games does not really impact what you do in yours (unless they're griefing obliviously). Not everyone enjoys the same aspects of the game.

Something is triggered when cheaters with the mod press 3 buttons to automatically win and get 7 grimoires and the developers knows it.

You know what? With that mod you can even cheat any item you desire directly into your stash. No need for 7 grim shenanigans. Still, why do you even care? You dont need to use the cheats, you dont even need the red items. The game is about skill, not about loot.

The game doesn't officially support the modding required to cheat this way... (though we must admit it is tacitly supported.) Still the issue is really why do you care if you CAN cheat this way?.. You can also cheat a lot of other ways, so if you don't want to cheat... don't cheat?

cheaters can just spawn any item they want into the inventory, 7 grims is just... for lulz.

Anyway loot in this game ois more or less useless, as main flavour comes from deep melee combat experience.

You can't hack the loot chests in CS:GO to get whatever you want.

Not defending cheating -- defending people's right to play the game the way they want to. Is it cheaty? perhaps.. but its not PVP so the impact is minimal.
