The QoL is a compilation of the framework, not the contrary. Need to be said. Everything in the QoL was made before on the framework (exept some mods that were scripted by multiples guys like bot imp. for example)

C'mon guys really? FFS it's already almost 2018 and people still havent figured out that only a handful of games that are explicitly labeled as VAC protected, has anything to do with VAC?
Lemme tell you from personal experience - you can get VAC'd in games not labeled, as well.
Sniper Elite 4 is a great example
So no, that's not a good example. As far as I'm aware there have only been two games that have VAC, but werent labeled so.
