Ingame name is "Seal of the Three Headed Snake". Poison trinket with 1% procc chance. So yeah even the green one is far better.

As so politely mentioned before, the trinket isn't really worth the trouble unless you want to collect items, or happen to come across it and say 'eh why not?'. They did this promo twice now afaik, so it might be around again some day :)
