'Not enough disk space' when attempting to install in a Virtual Windows Enviroment(Crossover)?

My Mac has 32 Gb free and can install larger games without this issue/prompt. I googled the issue and there weren't any fixes commented. Just curious if anyone has figured out how to unlock hard drive allocation for Steam Crossover or gotten Vermintide to work on their Mac. I'm playing other PC games with no issues

43 GB on my disk space. Its PC, not MAC, but i guess it would be close. So just free 45+ GB

Out of interest, did you ever solve this? I have the same issue and am wondering if it's related to Purgeable files.

The game is 50-60 GB large, as you also need to download the DLC content.

I have 187Gb free but Steam (I'm running it via Crossover) says not enough disk space to install a 90Gb application etc
