Edit: Another seriously annoying thing that Gutter Runners do that I would like to point out. They flat out miss you and hit a wall next to you, then they ping pong off it and land on you anyway. I have sooooo many clips of that happening if evidence is needed.

This isn't even getting into the maps where they spawn in mid-leap towards players, which is easiest to see just after dropping down from the start in Cursed Rune in the wide open space, their constant animation reset when hit, and leaping at players without any build up or even looking at them.
Etcetera etcetera.
While we're at it maybe fix rats constantly snapping towards players when they're about to do damage in their animations?

Which you messed with back in 1.5's CB and never answered me on (like my past gutter runner reports) if this was a bug or intentional, which I've since leaned on being the latter.
It's like the stormvermin cleave, it isn't targeting a specific player so anybody who gets in the way will be pounced. They have a rare animation where, typically from a higher elevation, they jump up into the air and slowly glide down on someone. If there's a lamppost or some other pole in the way of their leap, they can be pushed around by it and still latch on to people etc.
