I completed the game on hard difficulty and now I want to do the 100%. What do I need to unlock the most difficult mode without cheats or mods?

So, I'm trying to get a Stormbringer achievement without upgrades and currently on R-02. First two battles were ok, but the 3 raptors fight is a pain, I managed to clear the fight and I was sure that I got zero damage, but I somehow didn't get No Damage bonus. It is already my 5 try with seemingly no damage, but no bonus. Why that problem may occure? pls help me I'm going insane......
