This. That was the main problem, he didn't sound as kid at all.

Most or all of the voice work and cutscenes are pretty awful in this game. I am happy P* decided to get in on this but at the same time they are so much better outside of this awful universe.

That's because George's VA is literally an amateur; his only experience was a couple of College Humor videos. Yes, College Humor.

On the other side, I thouroughly disagree with anyone who says the rest of the characters have bad acting; everyone else is a veteran/career VA. You've got the Crypt Keeper, Alucard, Mortanius, and that's just the Winds of Destruction. Everyone other than George is fantastic.

it's funny because not a single topic about how bad Russian character's voice acting is. to start with noone says "bOris" - right way to speak that name is "borIs". all these "tovarich" and other words and phrases sound so awkward and out of context that makes me grin every time.
