Using it myself and it works fine. Other suggestions are to force the game's refresh rate to your monitor's rate via your driver control panel.
Using nVidia Inspector (a 3rd party software) you should be able to force the 60hz refresh rate. Some people have had success with that, but most have not. It seems that for now, the only temporary fix is to force the game to run in a borderless windowed mode (again, using 3rd party software)
Bad port? I don´t think so.
