Stuns

[That Pro Logic]

Is anyone else having problems recovering from stuns as much as I am? I jiggle my analog stick like crazy trying to wake up.

Unfortunately it's pretty typical of platinum games to have you jam the ♥♥♥♥ out of your control stick to get out of a stun. Particularly infuriating with a tiny window, meaning you really have to beat it. Wonderful 101 has this same stupid issue. I sometimes wonder if Platinum has a deal with controller makers or something.

That's the ony thing I really don't get.. Are you supposed to turn it in a certain direction, or is it a left/right or up/down thing? I end up just wailing on mine in every direction, and the on-screen thing doesn't help(Seriously, do those arrows mean ANYTHING?!).

I found myself getting the best results by taking my right hand off the gamepad and doing a left-and right motion with it. on the left stick, of course.

i can get out of stuns 80% of the times with my keyboard :P

korean/japanese hack and slash games always have this annoying thing they should move away from it it breaks both the players fingers and the poor controller
