You have to unlock the outfits and Fox Blade ingame by spending the ingame battle points (which you get by playing, so they are p much upgrades).
The Sam & Bladewold DLCs should unlock after you beat the main game.

keyboard and mouse are fine. Had to do some rebinding but it is all good. only downside, it does not pick up on my mouse buttons 4 or 5. could be worse though

I think the guy was asking about how to input the code with a keyboard and not about keyboard & mouse support, but I might be wrong ;).
That's how it is when someone asks about something without explaining, especially that it was below the comment with the code xD.

You don't have dedicated software for mouse? A gaming mouse should come with software that allows emulating other keys.

I know what you're talking about. Already finished them on PS3.

Is Wolf DLC better? I'm trying Jetstream, but it's kinda frustrating. The battle mechanics and the lack of repair paste; the difficulty of it all seems ramped up. Fighting through the very same areas, and the very same enemies, with their very same moves, that you would find in the main game isn't particularily adding to the boundless excitement I'm having with this DLC. And the "story" is pretty lame too. Feels like the main selling point of the Jetstream DLC is to play as Jetstream, but I was never too fond of that character to begin with. There are more sympathetic antagonists in other games. I'm forcing myself through this DLC and if it's gonna be the same with the Wolf DLC I might as well stop.

Yeah, I think the main purpose of both of those DLC campaigns is to play as JSam and BW and to learn how they ended up in their respective positions in the main storyline.
If you don't like the characters... Well, no one forces you to play through them.
Difficulty if pretty ramped up, yes, but I thinks it's awesome and JSam has some fancy moves in his arsenal so it's not tedious to fight same enemies again.
BW's campaign is all about being stealthy less harder overall.
