For the love of Kojima, LET US SKIP THE CREDITS!

THAT killed replayability for me of the final chapter. The game is f***ing great, but having to watch a 10 minute cutscene EVERY SINGLE TIME I complete the chapter is absolute insanity. I've watched it once, I've admired and appreciated the work everyone put into the game but for Kojima sake let me just enjoy the game.

If this is not the case, someone quickly work on a mod that just replaces it with a 0:01 black screen video.

No, the credits. Cutscenes work just fine. However the credits were not skippable on the consoles versions.

Imagine wanting to replay the final chapter, well you can do that IF you want to watch a 10 minute UNSKIPPABLE credit sequence that you've already watched the first time around.

10 minutes. And combine that with the Jetstream and Blade Wolf chapters, and you have to be barking insane to watch 30 minutes of credits for 1 playthrough of each person.

I appreciate what the developers did, but I seriosuly don't need to spend more than 10 minutes to do so nor do I need reminding that Konami produced it and that Platinum Games made it with a giant electrified sword swinging away.

Welcome to MGS ..........this is what MGS is all about all the way from MGs1 on the Playstation........and it will be the same in the phantom pain MGS5.I actually love the cutscenes,gives me a break from the gameplay and go the loo or make a cuppa or a bite to eat.but maybe thats just me...........

From what I understand the credits actually were skippable on console after the first time. In the PC version they let you select the boss fights from chapter select anyway.

At the risk of derailing this thread, how DO you select to the boss fights specifically? I've beaten the game on normal, but chapter select just seems to list every mission without any sort of boss option.

uhhhhh, I can't skip the credits on the 3DS version of MGS3D..... so no he's not going to change that.

I've seen them 59 times now, and it's getting a bit stale. If someone could mod a skip for the credits that'd be great.

I think i might have the answer, Cheat Engine.. Link to MGS click on Speed Hack right side > Set to 500 Apply. Prolly take like 5 seconds max, once skipped close Cheat Engine.

It doesn't save your rank for R-07 that way, and you don't earn any titles. The game still doesn't count it as you finishing the chapter unless you watch the credits the whole way through.
