Playtime
So how much playtime in hours does the game (+ DLCs) have? I heard it has ~ 5-6 hours without the cutscenes.

Probably that, if you don't count cutscenes, replayability and the VR missions.

In comparison, you wouldn't find any more playtime in DmC, DMC1-4, Bayonetta, Ninja Gaiden, etc...

I'm talking about first time playing the story mode to the end, but if it's as long as DMC 3-4 I guess it's good.

Regular single player is about 6 hours long. Lots of replayability takes at least 2 runthroughs to max out on all the upgrades) not to mention that you'll want to play it at harder difficulties. The added dlc that it comes with will add about 3 to 4 hours of gameplay not to mention the VR missions (you'll replay those alot trying to better your score). all in all you're looking at a solid 10 hour or so game with a ton of replayability. Great game.

Main Story ~ 6hours
Jetstream Sam DLC ~2hours
BladeWolf DLC ~1hour
VR Missions, well it all depends on your skill

dont believe anyone who says 6 hours, its actually less (took me about 4-5 hours to beat) which included watching the cutscenes. Its a fun game and you'll be replaying it alot, i've done like 20+ speed runs and my fastest time is 2.2 hours

You guys forgot about codex.

It's a hack and slash really, so the game isn't designed to be long, its designed to be reran and your scores always improved on.

I can say that the game took me about 3 hours to beat, and both dlc's about an hour each, and the vr missions, well i was too pissed off to finish xD but when it came down to replayablilty, i have no idea how much time i wasted lol. And thats on normal, when you take on the harder difficulties, its possible it would take considerably a larger amount of time. I still havent even beat the hardest mode cuz i die in like 2 hits on the first chapter. So even for the price, its very well worth it

Game only counts the playtime (when you are in control) but it wont count the time you spend watching cutscenes or using codec.

Yes you would.
But it doesn't matter that much, length isn't everything.
