How to upgrade during Jetstream?
I have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of BP but there is no option to upgrade. Can you only do it in the main game?

If you mean during the Jetsream DLC, I believe you can only upgrade via those boxes you slash apart to get health or fuel cell upgrades. And sometimes A VR mission will give you an upgrade for beating it.

the BP you get during the side stories goes to Raiden. Blade Wolf and Sam cannot upgrade with BP, only by physical items from certain chests.

They get saved though. If you find every upgrade in easy mode, they carry over to the other modes.
