Still I enjoyed DmC a lot more. It's just a bit less of 'do what gamedesigner says' and a bit more on actual story.
With that said though, I'd say MGR is still the better buy
The only other reason to play DmC is to watch Donte gloriously abort any chance for a sequel.
Not like Rising's writing is excellent either but at least it's hilariously cheesy and not taking itself serious. [at least I hope it dosen't]
Even MGR's story is better than DmC's, imho.
You wouldn't see people on DmC's own board being this indifferent to other people's opinions.
