Bought this in the winter sales and added to the library now, and the Disk Space required shows 25GB!
But how much actually is the download size?

25GB. Blame the cutscenes videos, which are uncompressed.

The videos take up about 21 of the 25GB. To save space, you can replace some of those video files with dummy files after you've seen all the cutscenes.
