Is this game good on Pc?

Hi im thinking about buying this game, but sence this was (from the looks of it) made for console. I have played other pc-adaptations of console games and some where just... no.

Is this one good?

In comparison to playing mgs ground zeroes with mouse and keyboard, the camera dynamics in this game is a console port mess. Your strafe buttons on keyboard will rotate the camera resulting in Raiden running in a circle while you hold the strafe button instead of running in a straight line in the direction you are strafing. Attempting to continuously correct your strafe direction with the mouse is cumbersome, not effective and unrewarding if you manage to develop it as a useless skill.
Everything that is wrong with the camera in this game when it comes to playing with keyboard and mouse is fixed in ground zeroes. It is a shame to not update rising with the same camera dynamics. Third parties have developed camera mods, but those are apparently not available for download anymore. If third parties can develop a camera mod it would probably take the developers an afternoon to fix the camera and update the game...
Appart from the camera issue this is a very good game which is worth purchasing and playing. For a much better review than I am able and willing to submit chech out AngryJoe's review on youtube.

A running a AMD 280X, it's more than enough power. But i wouldn't play this without a controler. I'm playing with a usb 360 controler and I think the game is great on the pc.

Playing on a laptop (650M SLI) with controller, maxed out, frame drops to 40 only during big fights with a lot of stuff going on.

There are some games made for PC that I own that look worse and have less content that play a lot worse than this game. It runs basically perfectly on my laptop. Only time my frames drop down is when I try recording it, and even that's only like, down to 50 or 45 or so when there are tons of explosions and particle effects.

The keyboard and mouse controls are exaggerated. They're actualy pretty good when you get used to them.

Yes, it's still good, and the camera still is annoying like it was on consoles xD.

I played all the way through with KB&M with no issues. found the mouse control to be quite well done.

I couldn't imagine playing this with kb/m I used my ps4 controller didn't have any issues could even swipe the mouse out of the way during cutscenes with the touchpad
