question on starting new game plus

just beat the game finnaly but I wanna start a new game plus also if I do the dlc will it interfere with the new game plus progress and what dlc should i do first?

There is no new game plus in MGR. Just open the chapter menu and start with R-00, you will save all your upgrades (though you can't use them in R-00). If you select new game, all your progress will be wiped.

Just don't select "New Game", go to chapter instead.
You can play the DLC you want first it doesn't matter.

Selecting R-00 from the chapter select screen will always be treated by the game as starting a new run within a given save file, so if you start from R-00 on Hard difficulty, it's basically akin to starting the game over again in that difficulty (without wiping the save file like selecting "New game" would).

So yeah, you'll get any rewards upon game completion if you do it this way.

i know this has been a LONG time like 2 years, but is it possible to load the chapter on a new difficulty like revengeance? i want to keep my stuff and play the game on a harder difficulty to make it like new game plus

Yeah, if memory serves me right the game isn't intended to be "restarted" in a traditional way. You're instead supposed to go to the chapter select and begin R-00 on your desired difficulty to "continue" your game, as the New Game option acts as a reset instead. Then you can complete it just to be safe. And at that point you can basically just go back to the chapter select screen and complete them in Revengeance difficulty in whichever order you want. This is all from memory though.
