cant select very hard

Beat the game on hard, but when i go into chapter select very hard isnt an option, i have several saves with all my progress.

Beat the game on very hard to get very hard chapter select. Simple.

got the same problem, finished the game on hard, but when i start a new game i can only chose hard, in chapter mode its the same.
do i have to beat the dlc chapters as well?

On the menu screen enter the konami code, up,up,down,down,left,right,left,right B,A

Did you watch the credits or just Alt-F4 and restart? You gotta watch through the credits in order to unlock your goodies for completing the game :/

you can only chapter select very hard, once you've beaten the game in very hard. The same thing will happen with Revengeance difficulty too. You will have to start a new game, which means all your upgrades will disappear. Thats if you want to play through it as they intended.

Use the Konami code (above) to unlock chpter select for every difficulty.

If you just beat the game on Hard, select Continue in the main menu and it should ask for what difficulty you want; Very Hard should be in the list.

That's not true.

I just started a very hard playthrough after beating the game on hard and I'm using chapter select with all my upgrades.

used the konami code, and it let me select very hard in chapter select.
