The german accent of "Doktor" is actually pretty convincing and it makes him sound smart.

However the accent of Boris is so fake... As you see in most movies these days. They try to throw in some Russian words which sound completely off.. Couldn't they just hire a native Russian speaker and recorded that?

And then George, who sounds like he is a 25yo but looks like an 8yo... lol like WTF ?

I'd still give them credit for the effort. However if they can get a German sounding guy that says Dummkopf correctly. Why not Boris? As he seems to be even more vital to the story.

Another thing I noticed is after the Monsoon fight, Raiden suddenly seems to have some wilde mood swings. He will sound extremely angry and agitated in one codec conversation and completely relaxed and laid back in another. Not sure if this is the intent.

Doktor's accent isn't that good. For starters, he doesn't pronounce "Doktor" correctly.

That only makes him better though.

Honestly I am under the impression this is meant to be cheesy as ♥♥♥♥ and not actually that good, or it is just so bad that it makes it feel that way. Either way I find the voice acting perfect for not taking it at all seriously

Dude. It's a Metal Gear game, It's voice acting is supposed to be laugably bad. Raiden sounds like batman half the time, and the other half he sounds like a huge nerd.
