I counted manually that I got 483 codecs, but I dont have the achievement. Am I missing codecs? Or did the game bugged and I have to start new save?

yes I entered menu > codecs and basically counted how much do I have person by person, level by level

Thank you. I like achievements that are challenging. But achievements that are bugged or you are not able to check your progress? Hate them

I mean, rather than fuffing around with save files, I recommend just downloading the Steam Achievement Manager. Very useful in cases of bugged achievements etc as well. (Obv dont just straight up cheat, as easy as it is xD)

in this case it s the easiest way because trophies like this are straight up a pain in the ass

yes I know but using the steam achievement manager is much much much easier and straightforward

It seems I will have to, the "Humanitarian Assistance" bugged too it seems. I did it twice, once loading chapters and second try by passing game and saving everyone. No achievement, but "Tearing away the disguise" worked soo yeah.... Tell me how safe is the Steam Achievement Manager?

I mean its safe safe. Just a little tool you can use whenever there is a bugged achievement, or for example you pour hundreds of hours into an early access game only for them to add achievements later and you have to do everything again or things like that. Just don't let yourself get tempted to "unlock" achievements you didnt spend the time doing :D
