This game is amazing and a hidden gem. Is over the top action from begging to end, a killer sound track, and a really cool sci-fy story. If you like games like Devil May Cry, Nier Automata, or Bayoneta this is like that. The sword cutting mechanic is mind blowing and I've never seen it done again.

i always skipped over this game because i thought it looked too over the top compared to the other metal gear solid games, but it's fantastic and really deserves all the praise it's garnered.
