No Hot Knives in the Blade Wolf DLC.

In the 2nd VR Tutorial no Hot Knives are spawning, I searched it up to see if maybe its not supposed to but every video shows the Hot Knives there.

No idea what could cause that, but you could start the DLC over and skip the tutorial. I'd do the verify file integrity bit in Steam in case something got corrupted.
