Has anyone tried to mod Raiden's MGS2 outfit from Playstation Allstars into the game?

I know that there's already a similar mod that exists, but the model for that one is a little low quality. I'm curious if anyone's attempted porting the model from PS Allstars into the game or if it's even possible because it looks really cool.
