could anyone give me hints on how to make a perfect parry in the game?

There aren't exactly many tips because it's more about you as a player. It's identical to a normal parry but you do it right before the enemy's attack hits you; that relies not on skill but on qualities natural to you - your reaction times, timing skills, and above all knowledge of attack animations, which means you also have to get familiar with the enemy moves and how they work.

So if there are two practical tips, it's those. Delay your parry until they are about to hit you, something for which you first have to be familiar with the moves themselves.

Keep in mind that not all attacks are perfect-parryable, even if you do it correctly.

watch the animation of your enemy's
and study them

and right before you get hit, you press W+m1 and there you go you parried
keep in mind some enemy's can't be parried
gekkos and raptors will move out the way
armored cyborgs will parry YOU back
and heavily armored cyborgs can't be parried, or they can only be dodged

so what do you do
well
gekkos can't be parried so best stick with dodge attacking, if they start ramming at you block them and you will get a prompt to execute them, if you see their legs go all the way up in the sky like they are about to stomp you dodge, its leg will get stuck in the ground and you will get a prompt to weaken their main body for an zandatsu

raptors if there are more in the area just stick with blocking, even if the bounce off its better to do that then anything else

armored cyborgs are most interesting, they will parry you back if you parry them
but if you remain consistent with parring they will give in and they will lose their balance and you will be able to parry them, if they keep their guard up like raiden, go blade mode and hit them, you will break their guard and be given the prompt to execute, you can trigger it by constantly attacking or doing a slide attack into blade mode

and heavily armored can't be parried so stick with dodging or blocking since they can do a spinning move to throw you off
To practice I highly recommend fighting sundowner or monsoon, might not help for you but was a major help for me
