Why do people say the Jetstream DLC is so hard?

I just beat it and I thought it was pretty good in terms of difficulty. It took a bit to get used to it, but once I got the parrying down it was a cakewalk. Just beat Armstrong on my first try. I should probably mention that I'm playing on normal.

i dont know why, but i found the blade wolf fight legitimately harder than armstrong since i didnt have any nanopastes

It´s a fight where you are meant to use Sam´s moves/combos. If you just use light and heavy attack the fight is a PITA.

Armstrong did seem pretty hard. There were times where I was convinced some of his moves just straight-up couldn't be dodged. Consistent parrying and nanopastes are what saved me.

Blade Wolf was challenging, but I felt like it had somehow found a rough balance. You just parry, and then hit him hard and fast when you get the opportunity.

Well you said it yourself...you play on normal. Play it on revengeance. Try to get all achievements. Then you will understand

I tried it on hard and HOLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥, second hardest DLC i have ever played (first one is GODMASTERS from Hollow Knight), Armstrong(Sam) was super ♥♥♥♥♥♥, BladeWolf also was ♥♥♥♥. Bosses aside, it was OK.

The VR missions aren´t easy either. I hate that they use nanopaste. Retry retry retry

If you want the revengeance experience atleast play on very hard. The thing is on higher difficulties Armstong loves to spam yellow attacks which you can only dodge and you will have to taunt him to deal real damage to him in the few windows when he charges or ends an animation. Good luck.

Did you dodge at the very last moment? The timing is pretty precise.

armstrong isn't even hard his difficulty is quick time events lmfao everything else is a parry and you win . I'll never stop saying it until it changes .. " Parrying is OP in any game " .
