Report a translation problem
I use Borderless Gaming to fullscreen it as it crashes when I set it via the options menu, but I've never tried to run it in 4K.
Secondly, we are talking about Konami here. Not best of the best right now.
Also, if you just want to play the game, just play it at reduced resolution and NOT in 4K.
You can try Borderless Gaming or MGROverride as Swegdok said, but I don't know how to use those, so you'll have to figure out by yourself.

I was desperate, as running games in a resolution lower than my monitor's gives me a headache and nausea, I was about to be really sad that I wouldn't be able to play this game because of that... THANKS!
Works pretty well and you can customize the ini file as well, but works out of the box pretty much. Works with any resolution and fixes the FPS hiccup when running at 60 fps and certain monitors. You can remove the noise filter as well in the ini file if needed.
Just put it in the game directory:
