HELP PLEASE! Game won't even launch!

I've been researching for a while to try and get this fixed but whenever I try to play this game it will say its running for 2 seconds and the button will just go back to saying play again.

I've tried Checking the Integrity, I've tried downloading a missing dll file, making sure it was downloaded on the local files /C, everything and it hasn't worked and I just wanna be a super cool ninja dude!!

Not sure what bits of these information helps but here are current things that maybe breaking it and if so I don't know how to fix;

-I saw some people saying they had to redownload DirectX but I cant seem to find out how to do that and the sites I've found are sketchy as hell or have terminated links.

-I downloaded the MGROverdrive mod prematurely but when trying to execute it it says im missing "MSVCR100.dll" but it already felt sketch enough to download the first dll and I don't wanna keep force feeding my laptop dll files that wont solve the problem.

-PS the one I force fed was D3DX9_43.dll and I just did that off of what someone else said, I didn't even get an error message about it, the game just doesn't even start up.

-I had too many problems with having Windows 11 with the Insider Program but in order to get out of it I had to pretty much do a fresh redo of Windows 10, so my laptop barely has anything on it at the moment as it is a fresh Windows 10 install.

That's all the info I know how to give if somebody could please help me that would be very appreciated as I suddenly got bombarded with youtube essays about this game and I just want to play it!!!

Unfortunately that didnt work. Also a new development. I cant play Titanfall 2 either. I just tried to install Origin and its missing VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll for both Origin and the steam Titanfall 2 so right now Im kinda freaking out because I can't even install Origin anymore and everything I've tried to do isn't fixing it.

Tried a clean reinstallation?
Steam > Library > Metal Gear Farts > Right Click > Properties > Local Files > Explore Local Files

Once you are there, delete the ENTIRE folder called "METAL GEAR RISING REVENGEANCE", and then reinstall.

Are you mirroring a screen, it will crash if you are mirroring a screen thats not the same resolution as the monitor

For some reason even though I downloaded Windows 11 through the OFFICIAL way to get it, I had somehow gotten my fresh install corrupted, just barely enough to where some files were missing, specifically ones that have to do with using older software. I have gotten it fixed since then by entirely reinstalling windows again. My life is only pain

Never download DLLs from some random websites. It's a big security risk. For VCRuntime download and install this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Well, gollee gee. I’ve had the same issue. Even with Titanfall, actually! For MGR, I just uninstalled the game before and reinstalled it a bit back since I wanted to try again, and lo and behold, it worked! As for Titanfall 2, in my experience I just keep pressing play and eventually it’ll open. It might also be that it closes and opens again, because I’ve had moments where I try it once to no avail only to see the app running 5 minutes later. Essentially, just spam the play button ever time it stops. Might take a few tries, but worked for me!
