Still it is probably the least enjoyable boss fight for me.
Most of the time was spent dodging yellow ♥♥♥♥ which is just not fun.
I had enough dodging in Dark Souls already.
Also he do serval different moves after a leap (yellow grab/kick/punch) which I can only depend on luck to dodge or block. Sam blocking window is too short that you can't block that punch if u r looking for a kick. Quite BS in my book.
- Switching attack mid-animation, I have seen him switch to grab attack mid-kick times and times again;
- having 3 different attacks that require different timing after one single kneel down animation:(Instant-block: Got punch in the face,
- and random furry charges that sometimes go in circle and hit me in the back before the camera even recover. I don't know if its intentional or what, but it seems he sometimes slide along the edge instead of instantly charging back, making it almost impossible to time the dodge.
All these BS, DLC Armstrong has them all.Delay-block: Got kick in the face and grabbed,
Dodge to the side: Got punch in the face,
Dodge backward: Got kick in the face and grabbed).
It would have been fine if these attacks have their own start-up animation, but no Armstrong do whatever he wants;
The sucessful run did not feel like victory at all, more like I got lucky that Armstrong decide to go easy on me and do a few charge-up attacks in a row.
Yes I am saying DLC Armstrong is a LUCK BOSS, it depends on whether you are luckly enough to have Armstrong do the attack that match your dodge direction and give you the opportunity to do your own charge attack. My victory feel like nothing but luck.
' I'm hired? Nah I am going to resign right now. You'r ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane Armstrong. '

1. Don't block his attacks, dodge (evade) only
2. Taunt him
3. Do damage while he is preparing to grab you
4. Do a ton of damage while he is charging his "ground cracking" attack. Charge heavy attack and if he is taunted - it will deal damage him around 20% of his total health
Most challenging part for me was to timing dodge for his ramming attack.
Good luck!
