game crashing on launch. [UPDATE]

When ever i launch the game it crashes and i don't know how to fix it. I tried restarding and uninstalling and reinstalling. If anyone has any other ideas please leave a comment.

A little update on the game crashing. I fixed it, what you need to do is go to documents, than go to MGR than delete the file named GraphicOption, than launch the game and it should work.

Same here, I just updated windows to 1803 yesterday. I'm thinking it's that!

Did you guys just get a white screen when launching? I just left it on the white screen for a minute or so and it eventually goes to the game...

also have a white screen - game crashes very shortly after and I get "009db19c" code instance. literally played this exact same game when I bought it in 2014 on the exact same build. Have tried all "normal" fixes listed in forums (compatability mode, disable scaling, run as admin, fresh install, verify cache). Game crashes after fresh install..

The game is working normally for me now. Windows 10 version 1803, Nvidia Driver 391.35, GTX 1060. No idea why, as I haven't changed anything.

If you're running any overlays like msi afterburner or shadowplay, could try disabling those and
maybe try re-installing direct x.

I've read people saying to make sure the game is on your C: drive too..

I'm extremely late, but if anyone finds this in the future like I did, I fixed this by reinstalling my GPU's driver.
