HOW DO I INSTALL MODS
I'VE BEEN SEARCHING AND SEARCHING IN GOOGLE FOR THE WHOLE DAY AND I'VE SAW ZERO VIDEOS OR SITES THAT EXPLAINS HOW IN THE LIVING WORLD I CAN INSTALL MODS.

I've tried going into the steam folder and just putting the mods in there and nothing, I've tried adding a 'mod folder' and nothing. HOW DO I INSTALL MODS!!

There are no modding tools for this game (which is a great pity) - so what mods are you talking about ?

have this i guess https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/metalgearrisingmods/index.php

honestly, if you're just dropping mod files around the place expecting ♥♥♥♥ to work, you'll be amazed at how much different modding games that aren't moddable is

i haven't looked too much into this but apparently it involves replacing bytes of files and using .tjf files, whatever they are

and I have no idea how the pepsiman retexture works so it might just not follow the same rules as any other mods
Can you upload that mod to a filesharing site please? The only link that exists online to the mod is dead ):

It's super easy if you find .dat mods, create a pl folder where the data folder is located and add the desired .dat mod to the pl folder. The trickier part is actually finding threads that aren't necro'd with some active mods still available. I looked for hours. @AngryJobe There are a lot of mods still around, comb through the forum posts and you'll find people have linked mods that are still active, but it takes a lot of digging. I don't have them anymore or I'd give them to you. I was able to find the visor always on, murasama color change, camera angle changes, etc.

I made this for people, it's all the camera mods and old mods that were necro'd that I could find through hours of combing the internet.

I know this is ironic but I actually uninstalled MGR earlier to make room to reinstall DOOM.

Now that we got some mods though I'm sure I could do a quick redownload, thanks man :^) :cozytf2mug:

Could you explain how to make a pl folder?
