UI Scaling Slider and other UI Feedback

The UI looks really clean overall, and I love the ability to me things around with such freedom. However, there desperately needs to be a slider to adjust the UI scale. Preferably, each individual component could have its own scale. At higher resolutions, some components are just way too small to be able to take the information in quickly.

Another thing is having more prominent borders on floating text that appears would help with easy legibility. I'm not color blind, but on some maps, certain floating text fades into the background of the map, and it makes it difficult to read quickly.

Please don't just make the UI larger or scale larger with higher resolutions. I've got a 1440p monitor as my main, and the ♥♥♥♥ is massive because it's not a tiny monitor. (It's 32") We need an option with a few presest like what FF14 has, or even better just a slider for the UI elements individually.
