game stuck on side pots

I have trouble that nearly 5 times. Then I or someone else win hand and we have side pot, process just stop. Music is playing, characters moving and main menu work. But i can't countinue game! Anyone else have this?

Bumping this problem since I think I understand what has happened,
I was playing a match with a sidepot, ash went all in with his cash since he only had 800 to play and it went to the blind creating a pot of 1800 dollars, Brock and myself are still in after claptrap and sam fold making a much larger side pot of about 5000 between myself and brock.

Now here is the entertaining part, I folded since I was not going to risk more. Ash won the pot with a better hand then brock giving him the pot of 1800,

BUT when it came to resolving the side pot (which was larger and between me and brock) the game does not check for the edge case of a fold concerning larger side pots causing it to hang up somewhat (since it is most likely looking for a second hand which is no longer there to compare it to), it's not a crash it looks like it's stuck in the game loop unable to meet the exit condition IE another hand to compare it to. It still works menu and all so this looks and feels more like an infinite game loop that it can't exit from...

In short you have a software bug.

Also is there a place we can submit bug tickets to. MY GOD MY WORK IS CRAWLING INTO MY LEISURE!

Yep still 10 minutes in and the game is still working IE menu, music animation. Looks like what we have here is an infinite loop.

I'm stuck in an infinite loop on a flop that dealt 3 aces. There's nothing even crazy about my situation, the game just started, everyone called, out comes the flop of 3 aces and bam, frozen. So unless one of the hands is a pair of aces, I can't imagine why I'm stuck in an infinite loop zoomed in on Ash.

I had a very similar experience. Ash went all in with about 1900, Sam and myself still in, I got Sam to fold and the side pot was much larger than the main pot. Ash would have won the main and me the side. Game just stopped processing the payouts at Sidepot as if it was looking for Sam's folded hand. Music and animations proceeded as normal. No one got paid. Game just sat at Side Pot.

so yeah, I just bough this, played my first tournament and my first hand, a side pot was created and now im in the loop XD anyone knos how to fix this??

i was almost ending the tournament but the game decided that Ash doesn't wants to play . I am stuck . there is no pot , not even a set of cards down i just dealt a new hand .he just stays there . NOTHINNG . it is the 3rd time in a row this bullcrap happens to me
