Thanks so much, this fixed my problem never thought leaving a controller plugged into my pc would cause poker night 2 to crash :)

Edit the launch settings by right click PokerNight2.exe in the Steamapps/Common/PokerNight2 folder.
Click the tab compadibility, and have at your hearts content with the experimenting to see what works.

i cant edit any of the files in either the steam directory or my telltale game config location. First thing i tried, and I am admin.

Where is the crash happening at fail point 1, 2, or 3?
This is important because the point of failure determines the fix.

Yes sadly for now until there is a software update for certain types of graphics cards/compatibility

You may need to double check your actual computer ownership and what users own what.

If you right click on your C:/ and go to the advanced properties of the secuirty tab, find out who the owner of your harddrive and its following subfolders are.

You might have a certifications issue if it is owned by TrustedInstaller or CREATOR OWNER.

Do this for the file directories as well. Such as Steam, and TellTale config areas.

Also check your permissions as an administrator as well, you may have to edit them.

Um, you kinda have Direct3D running like always? It's like a basic 3D language. And yes it's on.
