Omaha is the same as Texas Hold'em, aside from these requirements:

You are dealt 4 hole cards. You must use 2 cards from these and 3 from the board to make your best 5 card hand. There is no discarding, and you cannot choose which 2 hole cards you want to use. On the flop, the 2 hole cards that make up your best hand may not be the same as on the turn or the river. The game is more of a gamble than Texas Hold'em. Pairs and 3 of a kind do not often win. High hands are very common (flushes and particularly full houses).

In "Poker Night", the truth is that these guys are so bad you may as well pick and choose times to just go all-in pre-flop. It's a bit of a coin toss if they call (no matter what you have...pre-flop odds in Omaha, best starting hand is roughly 2.3:1 favorite (2.3, not 23!) over the worst starting hand. That is not much difference [Note: in Texas Hold'em, the same statistic pre-flop is nearly 9:1]. Sometimes they will fold, and showing this aggression seems to slow them down a bit, but not too much since they are stupid.

I love Omaha. Generally Poker Night is an extremely easy game.
