What does "Steal a hand at the river" mean?

The river, is the last of the 5 community cards dealt.

Basically to get achievement, you need to bet huge when the very last card comes out, and force opponents to fold.

To brief you on more terminology related to the same community cards, the flop is the 1st 3 comunity cards set out, the turn is the 4th, and as explained the 5th and last is the river.

anyone know what come in 2nd or better in consecutive tournaments means? what are consecutive tournaments? do i just have to win 2 or more tournaments?
