Report a translation problem
I have the complete opposite feeling. Dubbed anime does not capture the original emotions of the characters. I've seen very few animes that have good dubs. However, the fact that a lot of these games are targeted at anime watching gamers, at the very least bandai knows that most anime watchers like to have Japanese voices, so they give us the option, so everyone is happy.

If the xbox/ps3 game had the options to change audio then I'm pretty damn sure the PC version will have the same options.
