Slow motion is the problem with this game—smooth slow motion; like the kind you'd expect to see when a finishing attack lands, except that it's happening all the time.
Lag / latency is online related and is primarily due to net code, distance from other players and even Internet speed.
Low frames per second is hardware related — i.e., a PC might not have the grunt to run a game smoothly at a given fidelity.
- Open NVIDIA Control Panel
- Manage 3D Settings
- Program Settings tab
- Add NS3FB.exe
- Set Maximum pre-rendered frames to its highest value (Mine was 4)
- Press Apply
