game in slow motion (lag)

I don't have an nvidia card I don't know Garic, try google how to do the same thing for ATI. Don't they have a "Catalyst Center" which is equivelant to the "NVIDIA Control Panel" ? There may be custom profiles in there somewhere with a similar setting.

3) Advanced -> flip queue size 4-5

Not really, it has much less options.. I tried some things with RadeonPro but nothing changed..

Intel Core i5 2,3GHZ
4GB Ram
Nvidia Gefroce GT 520M

Cut all the settings in half, from the Nvidia Control panel.

First : Download "Prio" Program

Second : You Have to Change The Priority Of Your NS3FB.exe by Running it Then go to the task manager then right click on NS3FB.exe then set the Priority to "low" and you are done

I think i found a fix for Intel HD Graphics Family:
-Go to system tray and click on Intel HD Graphics
-Click on Graphics Properties
-Click on 3D
-Check Custom Settings
-Make Vertical Sync to "Application Settings"
-Uncheck Application Optimal Mode
-Click Apply then OK
-Start your game
It should be lag free, well it did for me :D .
