1. the Sage of the Six Paths (the god of shinobi... do i need to say more?)

2. First Hokage Hashirama Senju (sometimes also refered as the god of shinobi, fought both Madara&Kyuubi at the same time)

3. Madara Uchiha (Hashirama's rival, has been able to summon Kyubi, has massive chakra power, edo tensei made him even more powerfull)

4. Itachi Uchiha (really smart shinobi, his Genjutsu is outstanding, Genjutsu+Susano= OP)

5. Pein/Nagato ( leader of the Akatsuki, demolished Konoha with his Shinra Tensei)

6. Kisame Hoshigaki (often refered to as the Tailed Beast without a Tail, his sword Samehada steals chakra, thus powering up everytime he fights)

7. Minato Namikaze (the yellow flash, fastest shinobi ever)

8.Killer Bee (Eight tails jinchuuriki, crappy rap skills :P)

9. Naruto Uzumaki (the main protagonist of the show, of course he is going to be on the list)

well, its a shame that he died so young...anything could happened... however, some heavy ♥♥♥♥ is about to go down in the manga with the fourth hokage so it reamains to be seen... i tried to rank characters based on the anime and not the current manga cuz many people don't know whats going on besides the anime, so i tried to keep it spoiler free
