[MOD]How to make TexMod works
Hi,

I've seen some people complaining about TexMod which doesn't work.
I'll explain you how to make it works :)

1) Download TexMod.
2) Go to the folder of the game (Normally it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst)
3) Rename "NS3FB_launcher" into another name (NS3FB_launcher_M for example).
4) Copy TexMod.exe into the folder of the game, and rename it "NS3FB_launcher"
5) Launch TexMod (NS3FB_launcher now) and click on the icon folder on the left of the application and choose "NS3FB" in the folder of the game.
6) Go to package mode and click on the icon folder in the middle of the application, and choose your MOD.
7) Click on "Run", and normally it's okay.

It worked on Windows 8, I don't know if it works for Windows 7 or Vista but it should.

No need to thanks me :)

PS : Sorry for my bad English

Thanks! My only problem is that I can only LOAD mods. Not create them :/

For create them you have to go on the second tab in Texmod (I don't remember the name) and click on run. You will have text in red on the top left of the screen, and you navigate with + and - and enter to capture what you want :)

Yeah, what I meant was I get an error message when I click run on that second tab. "Sh*t happened" "D'OH"

Tried this with Windows 7. Doesn't work. It will only relaunch TexMod in another window without Full Burst and the game will fail to start. Guess I will need to find another way.

This has also happened to me where it opens TexMod again, but instead of closing everything i just do the steps over with the new TexMod window, without closing the other window. That worked for me, the game started with the new TexMod window, and the textures were added when the game started up. So basically just do the same thing with the new TexMod window as the first TexMod without closing either. I have Windows 7

When I try this, I can't launch the game, it says: Could not initialize device.
Anyone knows how to fix this?

PS: I also have the problem, that if I run the game in textmod the first time, it will openup a new textmod screen.

I fixed it after 1 hour trying out everything.

The final solution: Delete your graphic card driver, re-install it. Update to the latest driver (nov 7 atm).

How do you remove mods if you got tired of them ? :o

The mods are just here when you select it with Texmod.
But if you launch your game without Texmod, you will have the original textures.

Does anyone know how to make Texmod selections permanent? I.e. not having to select all your mod packages each time you want to play a game?
VoidLance Dec 22, 2014 @ 5:38pm
Okay, so I thought it wasn't working, and then took a closer look at the instructions, and it worked fine
