Buying ultimate ninjutsu?

I just spent 100k coins on buyng ultimate ninjutsu in the shop in the leaf village but I can't tell if I got anything? They seems like the ones that are aleady available in free fight

RB and LB change costumes or special attacks. I'm actually still waiting until i can get the fireball air combo kirin using sasuke from story mode... I wonder when I'll get him.

But let's say that I bought the ultimate ninjutsu of shino, then I go to see in free battle but he doesn't have anything additional, it's the same as before the purchase

My best guess is that you unlocked it already by making a certain career total of money. Though I am not sure how far that system works.

You're buying the ability to watch the cinematics in one of the option menus. Buying those ultimate ninjutsu's doesn't affect any gameplay

Dodge Rodgers is correct. At first, I thought buying the Ultimate Ninjutsus would unlock the Ultimates in-game, but they don't. They just let you watch the cinematics for each one from the Collection submenu.

There's probably an Achievement for unlocking everything in there? Outside of that, there's not much point to it.
