Any advice on the second Mizukage?

he is pissing me off. He sits in 1 corner and just throws those water shots at me, they follow you if you run, and if 1 hits you you are stuck in that spot to take like 20 more.

and it sends so many out that even if I dodge it, the minute I reappear I have 3 more coming at me

Silly Tobi support works will on them, also on Balance too so when you use a Chakra Shuriken, he'll throw a Fuma and go through his water bullets.

I guess a Kakuzu support works too since it has insane tracking and Taka Sasuke (Akatsuki) works if you're staying close since he has good tracking and can make them sub afew times.

Guard type really won't help you against those players so put one of these on Attack type so it pulls the Mizukage towards you to he gets blasted by a support.

He's just like an advanced Deidara, learn how to counter him and the Mizukage becomes easy.

I got him. turns out my chakara dash breaks through it. so I just went full offense

Yes, his ranged attacks have the priority of regular shuriken. I have a guide on my profile showing the priorities of all of the types of attacks in the game. Most attacks will plough straight through his ranged attacks and force him to sub.

Two words:
Chakra Dash.

Here's some tips:
1. Chakra dash will go right through this attacks
2. You can press A three times to jump dash through his attack if you have low chakra to do chakra dash
3. While guarding his water attacks, call your support to knock him away. Use the time to regain chakra
4. When subsituting his attack, always block and chakra dash or jump dash after (three times A [xbox controller]).
